I'm fundraising for an AIDS-free generation!
HI!!! I’m so pumped to go into my third year in PAC at UCLA, a student-run movement dedicated to supporting children and families affected by HIV/AIDS. Our annual Dance Marathon brings students together to stay on our feet all night, not just to dance, but to stand in solidarity with families whose lives have been shaped by this disease.
This cause is deeply rooted in real stories. The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation was created after Elizabeth Glaser lost her child to AIDS—losses that were preventable with the care and knowledge we have today. That reality is what drives this work forward.
Funds raised through DM go directly toward prevention, treatment, research, and support services for mothers and children living with or affected by HIV, through the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, the UCLA AIDS Institute, the Laurel Foundation, and the Pediatric AIDS Coalition at UCLA. Pediatric HIV/AIDS is an ongoing global health issue that often goes overlooked, and raising awareness is just as important as raising funds.
Any donation, no matter the size, helps create real, tangible impact and moves us closer to an AIDS-free generation. Thank you all so much for supporting this cause, it truly means a lot!! <333
