Event Information

The Pediatric AIDS Coalition at UCLA (PAC) presents Dance Marathon 2023, back in Pauley Pavilion!

Join our fight on Saturday, April 8th, as we raise awareness and funds for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, the Laurel Foundation, and the UCLA AIDS Institute.

We look forward to another monumental weekend of campus engagement, entertainment, and education. We are committed to upholding the health and safety of community members amidst the Coronavirus pandemic. This event will be in-person in Pauley Pavilion for 19 hours and will uphold the standards for social distancing, group size, and face coverings.

DANCERS

Since 2002, more than 7,000 UCLA students have participated in Dance Marathon, staying on their feet for the entire traditionally 26-hour event and taking a literal stand in the fight against pediatric HIV/AIDS. In 2022, we had hundreds of participants join in our first Dance Marathon back in-person since 2019. This year, Dancers will once again have the opportunity to participate in an awesome in-person event. At Dance Marathon,  you will be able to learn about our cause, interact with our beneficiaries, and take part in a life-changing event!

As a Dancer, you will commit to fundraising $190 for our beneficiaries. Aside from giving you access to Dance Marathon, the $190 you fundraise may come with additional perks such as goodies from corporate sponsors and a Dancer t-shirt. We have 9 Dancer Captains and 7 Fundraising Captains designated to assist dancers with fundraising and to guide an support you every step of the way!
