Let's unPAC What Makes PAC So Special

Hi everyone!!

I am beyond thrilled that you have stumbled upon my PAC Dance Marathon donation page. I am even more excited that I get to tell you how important this cause is to me, to other members of PAC, and to people all over the world. 

I joined PAC my first year at UCLA and have fallen in love with the organization ever since the first meeting. From the people to the passion, this organization encompasses everything I look for in service work: dedication to supporting others not only financially, but through support and love. 

PAC works one on one with families affected by pediatric aids as well as raises money all year long to donate to our three beneficiaries.

The club orbits around one big event: Dance Marathon. During this 13 hour event, we have local UCLA bands, djs, dance groups, speakers, etc... share their passion towards helping others and work to bring the UCLA community together towards this greater cause. I went to my first Dance Marathon last year and my love and dedication to the cause was instantly validated. 

This year I am leading the Morale Committee. The Morale Committee emcees Dance Marathon and choreographs the Morale Dane (which is taught to everyone at dance marathon and played at the beginning of every hour to celebrate our progress through the event). I am so grateful to hold this position and dedicate my time and energy into creating a spirited and enthusiastic atmosphere at weekly meetings, bi-quarterly Bruin Plaza Days (in which we flyer and spread awareness of our cause on campus), and of course, Dance Marathon.

I would love love LOVE if you could donate to my fundraising towards this cause. Even a small donation of 5 dollars could get a mother tested for HIV/AIDS and get her on life-saving medication, catching a devastation illness which would have gone undiagnosed and affected her entire family.
