Thank you so much for taking the time to learn more about PAC and our mission of working towards eliminating Pediatric AIDS.

I am so excited to be taking part in my first Dance Marathon at UCLA as a member of PAC!  It is only my first year in PAC and this organization has already has such an impact on my college experience! Did you know that it only takes $70 to prevent HIV transmission from mother to child??? However, over 150 babies are born with HIV every day due to a lack of resources and stigma.  By working with others who share my passion to change this, we can work towards a goal that is tangible.  Pediatric AIDS is curable!!!  I truly believe that with the passion so many of us hold for this cause, and AIDS free generation is possible.

On March 7th, the UCLA community will take a stand against pediatric AIDS by literally staying on our feet and dancing the night away. More importantly, we help to reduce the stigma surrounding HIV, and support HIV-affected children and families worldwide by donating our proceeds to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (our global impact), the UCLA AIDS Institute (our research impact), the Laurel Foundation (our local impact).
