Welcome to my fundraising page!
I’m beyond excited to take part in my 4th and last Dance Marathon at UCLA. I joined this organization my first year at UCLA and it's changed my life. It's shocking to learn that it only takes $70 to prevent HIV transmission from mother to child yet over 150 babies are born with HIV every day due to lack of resources & stigma. So working with such passionate people towards such a tangible goal is indescribable, and I know an AIDS free generation is in sight.
On March 7th, the UCLA community will take a stand against pediatric AIDS by staying on our feet and dancing the night away. More importantly, we help reduce the stigma surrounding HIV, and support HIV-affected children and families worldwide by donating our proceeds to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (our global impact), the UCLA AIDS Institute (our research impact), and the Laurel Foundation (our local impact).
